Returns and exchanges
THE BUNNY Return and Exchange Policy apply only to online purchases made through www.thebunnyshoppe.com and www.etsy.com/shop/thebunnyshoppe.
All sales of e-Vouchers, Gift cards, THE BUNNY cards, jewelry and items marked as "Sale" are final. These "Final Sale" items cannot be returned for exchange, refunds or credit.
For all other items, to qualify for an exchange, refund or credit, merchandise and items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unused, accompanied by the invoice.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from shipped date. If any item, other than "Final Sale" items, purchased at www.thebunnyshoppe.com and www.etsy.com/shop/thebunnyshoppe falls into any of the following conditions, it may be returned to THE BUNNY by mail.
Conditions to qualify for return and exchange are as follow:
* There are defects in our products that are not caused during shipping. Defects include visible scratches/dents, missing parts, and discolouration otherwise mentioned in the description of the products.
* Wrong merchandise type or size shipped.
Please write us an e-mail stating the invoice number and send it to mail [!at] thebunnyshoppe.com including snapshots of the "defective" item for us to determine the severity of defect before we request for the item to be mailed back to us.
Customers shall bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. THE BUNNY strongly encourages you to use a delivery service with tracking capability and will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange. THE BUNNY will only bear the regular shipping costs for returns if items are originally defected.
For items that are deem defected by THE BUNNY, we will exchange for the same item that is still instock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock. Other than the above mentioned, THE BUNNY strictly does not entertain any forms of refunds.
THE BUNNY reserves the right to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges. Items mailed back to THE BUNNY without prior confirmation with us will not be entertained.

In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.
Payment verification may take up to three working days. An email confirmation will be sent when the package has been sent out.
Postage is charged according to the weight and height of the items, and in accordance to the postage rates as provided by the mail service provider. THE BUNNY's default mail service provider is AusPost and you can find the postage rates for local packages and overseas packages on their website. In addition, a small handling and packaging fee will be charged for each transaction.

Local mail usually arrives within 2-5 working days from the shipped date, excluding public holidays. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

THE BUNNY will not be responsible for any lost mail in such instances. It is up to our discretion and of goodwill that we help check with the mail service provider with regards to the missing packages. For AusPost, you can enquire about your packages on www.auspost.com.au or call them at 1605 (local) or +61 6841 2000 (overseas). We advise our customers to use registered mail to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps.
