To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information you have authorized Etsy to provide me, such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of products you order from The Camilla Shop.

You may also choose to provide me with additional information (for example, address change or general questions regarding items in the shop), if you contact me directly.

I and my shop team rely on number of legal bases to collect, use and share your information regarding:

-Provision of service: to fulfill your order, refund extra postage fees, settle disputes, provide customer support or other legitimate services.
-These processes are conducted after you have provided me your affirmative consent, by way of placing a direct order or contacting me directly. You can revoke this consent at any time.
-This info is used if necessary to comply with legal obligation or court order, or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining your information about your purchases as required by applicable tax law(s).
-And used as necessary for legitimate interests, if those legionary interest are not overridden by your rights interests, for purposes such as:
1. Providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you requested and in my legitimate interest to improve my services; and 2) In compliance with Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your information as necessary to comply with my obligation under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information about my customers is very important to my business. I share your information on very limited circumstances as follows:

-ETSY. I share information with ETSY as necessary to provide you services and to comply with my obligation under both ETSY Seller Policy and ETSY Seller of Terms of Use.

-Service providers- I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions on as needed .(STAMPS.COM) Such as delivery companies (STAMPS.com AND ETSY Labeling System), and official d’Errico Studios Ltd. support team members, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
-Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of the transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

-Compliance with laws. I may collect, use, retain and share your information if I have a good faith belief that is reasonable to: (a) respond to legal process if necessary to: (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) privet, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others.

I retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with my service and as described in my Privacy Policy. However, I may be required to retain this information to comply with my legal and/or tax obligations, to solve disputes and to enforce my agreements.

If you reside in certain territories, including the European Union, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these apply generally, certain rights apply to certain limited cases. I will describe these rights below.
-Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
-Change, restrict, delete. You may also have right to change, restrict my use of, or delete personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I generally delete your personal information upon request unless required by law to retain it (such as for sales tax purposes).
-Object. You can object to my processing of some of your information based my legitimate interest and receiving marketing messages from me providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue that information, or information retention is legally required.
-Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to other rights you have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection company.
