Care instructions

Our candles burn down the center, and light up and glow through the carvings. To best facilitate this, only keep your candle lit for 15-30min increments, or the top could warp and become unattractive.
The candlesticks will burn and melt as all candlesticks do, and as such, will not burn down the center.

If storing, keep in a dry, temperate place as severe hot or cold can crack the glaze. Keep out of sunlight, as the glaze can yellow. Dust with clean muslin cloth periodically.

Our candles only become more beautiful with age, we encourage you to burn them every anniversary!

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our orders are sent with packing slips and care instructions, and each item rolled in appropriate packing to give as a gift. After inspection to make sure nothing was damaged in transit, remove packing slip, re-pack and gift!

If you would like us to send a candle directly to your recipient, or include a special note or card, please don’t hesitate to let us know.

Can this candle be refilled?

Yes! As the candle burns, the “tunnel” will widen slightly and fit a small tea-light candle to refill your candle when it burns down where you would like it to stop (ideally, halfway down creates the prettiest luminescence).

I see you don't offer expedited shipping. Can I get my order sooner?

These candles are made-to-order, and will be shipped in 2-4 weeks. HOWEVER, we do queue orders by wedding date, as to ensure every customer the best experience.
We reserve the right to delay orders as to help everyone receive their bespoke candle within a timely manner, and with respect to inclimate temperature conditions that may affect the candle in shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

Every order can be personalized, as the listing states and space allows.
You will be purchasing the item as it is shown in the listing.
We can customize an item extensively, and we may recommend a listing with more customization options and priced to reflect our time and materials.

If we feel we’re not a good fit for your item, or that we cannot easily accommodate your requests for customization, we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order in full.

What if I don't provide needed customization details in time for you to create my order?

If you did not supply us with your customization choices during checkout, we will contact you to clarify.
Should we receive no answer, we will refund your order in its entirety and hope you'll place an order with us another time.
