The Casual Rustic: The story behind the shop
Welcome to The Casual Rustic! I'm so glad you stopped by to visit!
I've been an entrepreneur at heart since my teenage years and sold quite a variety of things over the years that included handcrafted aprons, purses, wallets, wrist key holders, lip balms, lotions and horseshoe nail cross necklaces.
But I finally recognized my true passion lay in designing home decor. As a DIYer, I was always looking for budget friendly ways to bring my own touch and style to our farmhouse home. I wanted to help others make their homes look lovely without the price tag.
I am so grateful I have the opportunity to help others add style to their home while still keeping their wallets happy.

Karen is the head honcho at TCR and runs the show. She is the designer, maker, customer service rep, marketing agency and financial admin. She loves all things rustic and country and runs on coffee and Jesus.

Dwayne is the assistant maker here at TCR. He loves working with his hands in the fields tending his crops, in the shop working with the mechanics side of equipment and re-painting tractors. He is the husband, main supporter and encourager to Karen.

When can I expect my order to be shipped?
All in stock orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days after payment is received.
Custom orders will be shipped within 7-9 business days after payment is received.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped via USPS First Class unless you choose upgraded shipping during checkout. Tracking will be provided with all orders with the exception of digital downloads.
What is your Returns policy?
Returns are only accepted on in stock items that are in original and unused condition. Sorry, I don't accept returns on custom items unless they have been damaged. Photos of damage may be requested. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to request to return your item in original and unused condition. Upon arrival and inspection, a refund will be processed to you according to the condition of the item. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Sorry, no returns are accepted for digital download purchases.
