PLEASE contact me here on ETSY- I do NOT use email for communication with customers.

Once an order is placed (you have agreed to terms/conditions and agreed that you HAVE read all of this info by checking the box to be able to add an item to your cart) We do not cancel orders, BE SURE TO READ the information below.

Orders placed by DECEMBER 10th -

* WILL BE SHIPPED IN TIME * to arrive for Christmas.

Please understand that I cannot accommodate certain dates at this point, I will only promise that I WILL ship in time according to the USPS suggested dates. I CANNOT be held responsible for ANY packages once they leave my hands.

USPS states that PRIORITY MAIL can be sent as late as December 21st to arrive on time. I will have everything out by the 18 or 19th.

During peak season, if I have questions regarding your order and I am unable to reach you, I will do the best I can OR I will have to cancel your order.

Orders expected to be processed in time for Christmas delivery AFTER December 10th will need to add the RUSH option to their cart as well.

I am NO longer ACCEPTING RUSH orders.

• More than one item can be added to your cart to check out in just ONE transaction with just ONE shipping fee.

Orders withOUT the RUSH option -
DECEMBER 11th and after will NOT be processed until the week of JANUARY 5th as we will be closed to enjoy the holiday.

• I do not read the NOTE TO SELLER section until the order is up to be made (sometimes the day before it's due to ship, sometimes the very day it's due to ship) To avoid a delay in your order, please do not ASK questions in the NOTE TO SELLER section, message me PRIOR to placing your order with any questions.

• If there are font options in the listing and your choice is not left in the NOTE TO SELLER section when you checkout, I will use the font shown in the original listing photo.

• 10 business days, starting the day AFTER your order is placed. (National holidays do not count) Shipping time is not included in turn around time.

• Your purchase will ALWAYS ship by the date on your receipt ~sometimes sooner, but never after~ UNLESS I have contacted you.

• I ship MOST items PRIORITY mail (Should arrive 2-3 days from the time it ships)
• See RUSH info below if you need it sent out asap.
• You will receive a notification as soon as I print the shipping label, letting you know your purchase is on the way, with the tracking information.

Keep it as simple as possible. To avoid unnecessary confusion.

PLEASE do NOT include the name/s that are listed in the sample photo.

ONLY the name/initial you would like. AND/OR other details necessary.



Please note that all my pieces are custom made and that I can stamp basically what you need as long as it fits. You will need a custom listing ONLY when you want something different than what is listed in the description. It is not necessary to use this feature for items you just need to change the name on, that info goes in the NOTE TO SELLER section when you checkout.
{ Shipping Time }
• Once you receive your shipping notification, please allow 2-3 days for the item to arrive.
• IF the package does not arrive, please contact me within 7 days so we can take care of that, otherwise....I cannot be held responsible.
• Your tracking number will be in the notification you received.
• This does NOT apply to international orders.

{ RUSH }
•Please message me before adding the RUSH option to your cart to make sure I have all components of the item you are ordering in stock and available to go out immediately.

{ Stamping }
• The back of the charms CAN NOT be stamped.
• PLEASE note that if the example is in a lowercase font ALL of the letters will be LOWERCASE -I do not have both uppers and lowers for every stamp set, so IF it is important that something is capitalized - please tell me when you checkout, that you want it in CAPS. If it's unavailable, I will message you asking how to proceed.
• Everything is hand stamped by me. The letters/spacing may not always line up perfectly. These items are hand made, Stamped one letter at a time.

Minor scratches might appear on your necklace, especially the layered and the ones with birthstones, because of the rubbing of the metal discs between each other and the birthstones, you can polish those light scratches and mild marks with the polishing pad sent to you with your necklace, please contact me if you have more questions... you can also buy additional polishing pads from my shop.

Most of the items in my shop are sterling silver, due to it's reflective nature it is very difficult to get a good photo showing that - with out a reflection. PLEASE read the listing details carefully, sterling silver is SILVER and SHINY.
Please take proper care and precautions when wearing these handmade rings. They should be removed hand sanitizing, hand washing, showers, swimming, cleaning, removing nail polish (nail polish remover and acetone WILL remove the finish) etc. The oxidation process CAN be jeopardized if not taken care of properly. Only polish with the white polishing pad that was sent with your order and store in air tight baggie that was also included. I am happy to clean and re- oxidize your rings for you at any time, please contact me for info on that.

• Shipping addresses are automatically generated onto the shipping label from your order form, I do NOT manually enter this information.

• PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure your address is correctly entered when you check out. Having to change it results in having to cancel the order and resubmitting with the correct information.

• If an item is returned to me, you will be responsible for the shipping fee again to get it to the correct address.

• The tracking numbers show in detail where the packages are, with the exception of international packages. This is not always accurate.

• SMALL FLAT RATE Priority BOXES (US orders only) which is ALL I use, include insurance for up to $100.

•Additional Shipping insurance can be purchased, please contact me for more info.

• Be sure to change the address to the recipients address.
• The labels are automatically generated, I do not enter that information by hand.
• GREETING CARDS to add a personal message can be added to your order by clicking on the link below:

• Because a high percentage of my sales are gifts, I DON'T SEND invoices with the shipments, your Etsy or PayPal receipt is your invoice, you can also print one if you go to 'your Etsy' and you chose 'your purchases' you will see all the items you have purchased


• PLEASE read BEFORE making a purchase.
• The listed shipping price applies to STERLING SILVER items, per your countries requirements. For all items that are NOT silver - PLEASE contact me for a shipping price for your country.
• I have absolutely NO control over how long the package takes to make it to you, the departure date will be on your receipt, it will ship no later than that date, you will receive an automated message from ETSY letting you know your item has shipped.
• I have had SEVERAL packages getting held up in customs and I cannot be held responsible.
• It can take several weeks (according to the USPS) for these packages to arrive.
• A "RUSH" order simply bumps you to the front of the line on my end, once it leaves my's up to the postal service.
• MOST international packages are sent REGISTERED Mail.
• The buyer is responsible for any additional 'duty' charges VAT fees, or import tax that may occur once the package gets to your country.

• I cannot be held responsible for changes made to your order AFTER the order is placed, it is EXTREMELY important that ALL information is given in the NOTE TO SELLER section WHEN you checkout so that it is printed out on the order form.

• IF there is something wrong with your order, please contact me within 5 business days of the item being delivered.
