Payment
Paypal, and credit cards are welcome!

You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal. Upon checking out through Etsy you are able to enter your credit card information into the PayPal website. Simply choose the option to pay by credit card instead of registering.

Payments made through PayPal e-check will be shipped as soon as the payment clears - this can delay your order up to seven days so please keep this in mind when choosing this option.

I expect payment within 24 hours of order placement. If you require extra time please contact me before placing your order. If no arrangements have been made and payment has not been received after 24 hours I will send a quick reminder via PayPal invoice and also through Etsy Conversations. If payment is not made within 72 hours of purchase the sale will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.
Shipping
Domestic orders ship daily but in some instances can take up to 3 days to leave the shop.
International orders ship every Tuesday and Friday.

All items are shipped via USPS. Orders over 100 dollars are upgraded to free priority shipping.

Please note that any items shipped internationally cannot be tracked, and I cannot be held responsible if those items are lost or damaged. International buyers are responsible for any additional customs charges that may be incurred.

Orders are shipped to the address on file with Paypal unless otherwise specified. I'm not responsible for items shipped to addresses that are not current so please double check your information before placing your order.

During peak seasons packages are delivered within 24 hours of payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please contact me via Etsy Conversations within seven days of receipt of payment. In the event that the item needs to be returned for repair or exchange, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items being returned need to be in original condition and include all original packaging. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt of payment.

In the event that your item was damaged during transit please contact me immediately via Etsy Conversation with a brief explanation of the state of your item. Please take photos of the damaged items and the packaging in which they were contained and please be prepared to mail the item and the package back to me. Damaged items need to be reported within seven days of receipt of payment to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Although we will gladly send along proof of shipping, we do not refund items lost in transit if an incorrect address was provided by the buyer.


All sales are final on custom orders and reserved orders.

I do not refund the cost of shipping and handling.
