Thanks for checking out The Cheshire Kat Design Studio. I began designing invitations and stationery when I was planning for my own wedding in 2008 and have begun to offer these same services for other brides and event hosts who are in need of creative, memorable pieces at prices that won't break the bank. I am happy to take any custom orders, work with ideas that clients bring to me, and find ways to work within your budget.

Payment
At this time, I only accept payments through Paypal. Local clients can contact me for alternate means of invoicing and payment if desired.

For digital designs only, I require the full payment at the time of order.

Any printed designs will be structured with a 50% deposit at the time of order. The remaining 50% balance will be paid when the order is completed and ready to be shipped. At this time, shipping charges will be calculated (see below).
Shipping
Shipping may vary drastically from one custom order to another; therefore, shipping charges will be calculated and added to the balance of any custom order. I will not charge you any more than the actual shipping costs of any item, ever.

The customer can choose from any level of USPS, UPS, and FedEx shipping but is responsible for the costs involved with whatever method is chosen.

Local clients can arrange for pickup in the Los Angeles area to save on shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
As these items are custom created and personalized, no refunds are possible once the final design has been approved and production has begun. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, I will remake and resend it if all of the proper shipping insurance precautions were taken.
Additional policies and FAQs
Purchasing a standard design with customized information:

If a client is using a "stock" design with customization, two minor revisions are included in the price. These revisions are along the lines of colors, font choices, wording, etc. Changes to the design elements of a stock design after it has been purchased will result in additional fees.

Purchasing a custom design:

Depending on the level of detail provided about style, color, mood, etc., I will create between 1-3 preview designs for each client to choose between. Once the major design elements are selected, clients are entitled to three minor revisions (colors, fonts, wording, etc.) before approving the design and receiving the full-resolution digital file or beginning the printing and assembling process. Once the design has been approved and the printing process has begun, any additional revisions will incur additional costs.

Purchasing a completely custom product:

From time to time, unusual custom products may be ordered and/or appear on the site. If you are interested in anything that you see, convo me for policies and information specifically for that item.
