From My Hands To Yours
I have always been an avid DIY'er (even before it had a trendy acronym) and I have always loved to create with whatever medium I could get my hands on. I began crocheting when my daughter was tiny and I had recently taken an opportunity in a new town, far away from my family & friends. I found myself tethered to her crib as soon as it got dark with not much space to work in & always having to keep quiet. Crochet was the perfect solution to keep me from going crazy while still being productive!
We have since moved up in the world, and now I have more space to experiment and create! I am still crocheting, but now I've also begun making my own spa and self-care products. I have endeavored to become completely free of toxic, store-bought goods that are full of artificial fragrances and tons of preservatives.
You can find my full line of 100% natural spa, skin, hair & body care gifts in my other Etsy shop, Ambu Natural Aromatics - www.ambunatural.etsy.com - where 10% of proceeds go to help save endangered animals in Indonesia.

Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Refunds or exchanges will be provided for shipping damage or loss only with the buyer's cooperation for insurance payout. Please preserve the package exactly as it arrives and take pictures immediately.

Shipping
I ship by USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation and tracking number included. Shipping to Canada is First Class Mail and includes a certificate of mailing. I offer a multiple item shipping discount & free shipping code for repeat customers.
International shipping is done through Etsy First Class International shipping. A tracking number is provided to track package until it leaves the United States. I am not responsible for the package once it leaves my studio. If you would like to upgrade to Priority Shipping that option is now available.
PLEASE NOTE: Customs Duty, Excise Duty and import VAT are NOT included in the shipping fees. They are the responsibility of the buyer.
I recycle packaging whenever possible. Please specify if you would prefer brand new.
