Welcome to The Chico Cozy! Chico Cozies are my own original patent-pending design. They were born out of the need for a reusable alternative to cardboard coffee sleeves and the need for such a sleeve that fit many different cup sizes. Thanks to our button and elastic band, the Chico Cozy will fit nearly any to-go cup. A layer of insulation makes it perfect for hot and cold drinks. When not in use, your Chico Cozy can be rolled up, secured with the elastic band, then clipped to your keys, your bag, or stored in your purse or car.

Your Chico Cozy is washable so it keeps on looking great. Just wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.

Returns and exchanges
Our goal is customer satisfaction! If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will be more than happy to work with you to make sure you are completely happy. If an item is returned, you will be refunded the purchase price minus shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs and items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Payment
Payment is expected with 3 days of purchase. If an item is not paid for within 3 days, it will be relisted.

I accept paypal, check, or money order. Check and money order payments must clear prior to shipping.

In an effort to reduce waste and save paper, I do not enclose a printed receipt as they are available online. If you would like me to include a printed receipt, please let me know in the notes to seller.

Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS within 3-5 business days of payment unless specified differently in the listing. If you need an upgrade on shipping, please convo us and we will do our best to meet your needs.

For international customers, all customs, duty, taxes, etc. are the buyers responsibility.

We are willing to ship items as gifts. Let us know and we will pack the item as a gift. We will include a card with a message of your choice.

If you live locally, please convo us and we can make arrangements for pick up and avoid shipping charges!
