Hello! My name is Kristie and I am the sole owner/maker/designer for my Etsy shop, TheCloverSmith. I grew up in a little town in Idaho, but now I live in Sunny Southern California.

I have always considered myself a crafty person, and wanted to find a way to share my love of crafts with others.

Returns and exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

I value all my customers and want you to be happy with your purchase.

If the item isn't custom made, please check your message before buying and email for further details if required. If the item is custom made, it is the buyer's responsibility to give me the correct message and spelling. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the item description for details. I will stamp the item up with the font in the picture and with what the buyer puts in the notes to seller at checkout.

If purchasing a cuff/bracelet or key chain, please take note of the character limits for each item. Again, it is the BUYER'S responsibility to provide me with the correct message, spelling, punctuation, font style and color in order to proceed to my normal refund/exchange policy as stated below.

However, should the item be damaged or faulty, I will offer an exchange or repair. In this instance, you should contact me through Etsy within 3 days of receiving your order and BEFORE you mail your purchase back to me. Any item returned must be in its original condition and must be sent back within 7 days of contacting me. Refunds will be given (for the item only, unless it is my error) once the product is received by me. Once I authorize the return you must provide me with the tracking number. I only refund the original postage when I have made an error on your order. If I have authorized a return for an item for any other reason, YOU ARE responsible for the return postage and I will NOT refund the original postage. If you have been authorized by me to return an item and it arrives with postage due it will be refused and return to sender.

This does not include damage incurred while in transit to you.

I am happy to discuss any other returns or refunds with you on a case by case basis. I always strive to have happy customers!
Payment
I accept credit card payments and gift cards directly through Etsy! I also accept payment through PayPal. You will be given a payment option at checkout and may choose whichever you prefer.

Please be sure to submit payment within three business days; otherwise, I will need to relist the item. Contact me if you are not able to make payment within the three day window so we can work something out!
Shipping
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when the order is placed. I am not responsible for lost packages as a result of incorrect shipping addresses.

**If you provide the wrong address and your order is returned to me you will be responsible to pay shipping costs again.**

All items are packaged in a cardboard jewelry box and sent in a strong shipping envelope or box. I strive to send all custom orders out within 2-6 business days of purchase. If the item is already created, it will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. US deliveries are sent by First Class Mail and may be to you within 7 days, excepting busy times of the year. However, I cannot guarantee the time frame for delivery of any package. Once I drop it off at USPS delivery is out of my hands.

I now offer USPS Priority Shipping at checkout. Please note this does NOT change my processing time, it only speeds up the delivery of your order and that is not a guarantee to receive it by a certain date as that is up to the post office.

Please contact me prior to payment, if you wish me to ship at a different rate. I would be happy to gift wrap at no extra charge, please let me know in the message to seller and I will be happy to select tasteful wrapping for the recipient.

I do ship internationally, and I do refund gross excess shipping charges. Unfortunately, I am not responsible for any duties/taxes/customs fees charged by other countries at customs. This tax is the responsibility of the buyer solely. International shipments may take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

Shipments to Canada May Be Delayed:

Shipments to Canada that are handled by national carriers including the United States Postal Service and Royal Mail via Canada Post may be delayed. The ongoing labor dispute initiated by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) in October is causing country-wide delays.

I have no control over their labor dispute nor their delivery schedule.
