Hi Holly, I'm so sorry that there was a problem with your download. I sent all your files to you, and a little gift because you had to wait for them. This was an Etsy's website problem. I can't download my Digital Purchase
IMPORTANT: You can't download a Digital purchase on Etsy app. Use Etsy website to download files
-Open your Etsy account
-Click on Purchase and Reviews
- Please use the desktop version of Etsy to download files,
don't use the app. You can't download a Digital purchase through the Etsy app. Please go to the website page.
- On the top right corner on Etsy Website, go to your Profile icon.
This is where your Purchases and Reviews are stored if you have an Etsy account.
Why I can't see my Digital Purchase?
Files are available ONLY after payment confirmation.
Please wait until transaction is processed. It may take a few minutes. If Download Files button is Grey, payment is still processing.
How to Download a Digital Purchase from Etsy?
Purchasing a Digital File on Etsy:
1. Open your Etsy account
2. Select items
3. Purchase
4. When transaction is completed your Files become available.
5. Close to Order, open Download Files to transfer your Files to your computer.
Files are available ONLY after payment confirmation.
Please wait until transaction is processed. It may take a few minutes. If Download Files button is Grey, payment is still processing.
IMPORTANT: You can't download a Digital purchase through the Etsy app. Use the desktop version of Etsy to download files
How to access my digital files on my Etsy Account?
Accessing your digital files from your account:
Sign in to Etsy.com and go to Your account - Make sure it is the same account used for purchase.
Go to Purchases and Reviews
Next to Order, click on Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page, where you have access to all Files from your order.
