4 out of 5 starsI ordered this cookie cutter as a gift. The recipient said it is cute and a good quality. When it didn’t ship at the beginning of the expected arrival time window, I asked the seller to change the shipping address to go right to the recipient so it would arrive on time. She was great with changing this. However, it didn’t ship until after the end of the expected arrival window, and arrived late. The recipient is happy with the product, but I wish it had arrived on time.

Do we accept custom orders?
Currently we are focusing on adding more designs to the shop for everyone to enjoy. We are only taking custom orders that we feel that could be added to our shop. Please send us a message to see if we are able to accommodate you. If agreed upon, we will send a custom etsy link.
What is processing time?
The shops processing time means: the time it takes from when you purchase the listing to the time it takes for us to make your order and to take it to the post office. For current processing time, please check our shop announcements.
Do we make stencils?
Currently we do not make stencils, hopefully we will in the near future! :)
I purchased a hand lettered cookie cutter... What do I get with my order?
All of our cookie cutters are used to make a shape of a cookie. Our hand lettered cookie cutters are labeled on the handle, so it is easier to remember what the shape is. Once you purchase the cookie cutter you are able to use the shop image to pipe your icing on the cookie (using our lettering). Many people use a projector to project the image onto the cookie to have an outline of the lettering. No physical items come with the cookie cutter.
