    I'm a mid-western girl, but I somehow found my way to Texas. I have a 7 year old autistic daughter and 2 snugly rat terriers. All designs are 100% my own- every costume is made and shipped by me. And that is why the turnaround is 4 weeks sometimes!

*** Please take the time to read over my shop policies before purchasing. There is a lot of information in here that could affect both of us, especially on the off-chance that something goes wrong with our transaction together.

*** The most important thing to me is that I have open communication with everyone who patronizes my shop. If at any point you have any question or concern, please convo or email me and I will be in touch with you within 24 hours.

*** In order to use Paypal, you do NOT need a Paypal account, just a Credit Card!!! Click on the Paypal icon after purchase. On the left hand side of the page about half way down, you will find a place to click and pay without logging in to Paypal. Follow the directions from there and you're on your way!

That is the email that will show up on any correspondence you receive regarding payment.

*** Other payment methods may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please convo or email me and I will evaluate special circumstances.

*** I must receive payment within 3 days. If you change your mind about a purchase, please convo me (or email me) and let me know.

Once your purchase is shipped, I cannot cancel the sale.
*** All purchases will be sent First Class or Priority through the USPS unless otherwise noted in the listing.

I try very hard to quote accurate shipping costs. However, this can be very difficult sometimes. If you are charged more than $1 above your actual shipping costs, I will refund the difference through Paypal. If you feel you've been overcharged for shipping, let me know and I will look into it.

*** Yes, I ship Internationally. Please plan accordingly since my turnaround times can be long in the 2 months before Halloween and shipping times can be up to 2-3 weeks in some areas.

Buyer pays all customs charges, if applicable. The items you purchase are merchandise, not a gift. I cannot guarantee delivery times for ANY international purchases.

*** Please make sure that I have the correct address for shipping your item. I ship to the address connected to your PAYPAL account. If it is inaccurate, please contact me. Place any special shipping instructions in the "notes to seller" upon checkout.

*** Shipping prices NOW include insurance, free of charge, up to $50. If you need more insurance, let me know and I can get a price quote for you. Shipping insurance above $50 is the responsibility of the buyer.

All packages also have Delivery Confirmation included. You will receive an email from Paypal with your tracking number when your item is shipping out.

Refunds and Exchanges
*** I want you to love your purchase! Please contact me as soon as possible with any concerns and I will do my best to resolve issues quickly. Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, the policy is NO REFUNDS, unless I misrepresent an item or make a mistake in shipping. (If I make a mistake in shipping and it comes back to me, I will pay to reship the item to the correct address. Otherwise, I do not refund shipping costs on returns.)

We're all human and we all make mistakes. Sometimes I do; sometimes you do. Let's just FIX it, if we can. Please be patient if a shipping problem arises and hopefully we can resolve it together. Lost packages have a way of turning up, in my experience. I have 100% positive feedback because I truly care about making sure you are pleased with your purchase!

*** Absolutely No Refunds on holiday items after the holiday is over or within. Please contact me as soon as you encounter a problem and we will deal with it together.

*** Custom Orders ***
I usually do custom orders between the months of November through May. I may or may not be doing custom work at the time of your inquiry. Please understand the nature of my work is sporadic. Much of my custom order time is first come, first served. Orders can take a long time.

*** Wholesale and Consignment ***
I accept wholesale orders through the months of November through May on a case by case basis.
