Returns and exchange details
*** I want you to love your purchase! Please contact me as soon as possible with any concerns and I will do my best to resolve issues quickly.


*** All orders purchased in September and October are guaranteed by me to be delivered before Halloween. This means that if you do not receive your order in time to use it and want to return it for a refund, you may. You will need to contact me and I will give you instructions to return the unworn costumes for a full refund. If you do not follow my instructions, I may not be able to process the refund.


*** If I approve a return and refund, your purchase must be returned to me in order to receive a full refund. If you decide to keep your items, regardless of when they were delivered, you will not receive a refund.


*** All refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, the policy is NO REFUNDS. If I make a mistake, I will be responsible for fixing it. We will work together to resolve the problem.


*** Absolutely no refunds:
-without contacting me first.
-on worn items.
-after the holiday the items were purchased for.
-on custom orders.
Payment
Your payment is made securely by Etsy. I never see your payment information and have no access to your card information.

Etsy adds tax to payments from some states if they are required to do so by law. Etsy and I have no control over that


I must receive payment for your purchase within 3 days. If payment is not received, your order will be cancelled.


Once your purchase is shipped, I cannot cancel the sale.
Shipping
*** Everything in my shop ships FREE!

I ship USPS First Class or Priority.

I can ship USPS Express, if requested. Please send me a message with your zip code and I can give you a quote for the extra cost of shipping.

If you would like extra insurance on your package, please contact me with your zip code.



*** International Shipping:

I ship internationally to almost anywhere, but
I CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY DELIVERY DATES
on international orders. International orders usually take from 1-3 months to be delivered, depending on your countries postal system and policies.

The buyer pays all customs charges, if applicable. I cannot calculate what your customs charges will be. I cannot accept returns because your customs charges are too costly.

I cannot mark the customs form that your purchase is a gift, because that is illegal. I could be fined or charged with a crime for doing that.

If your international package comes back to me, I will refund the purchase price minus shipping charges. I will not pay for shipping for you to return any item. I will not refund shipping charges.
Additional policies and FAQs
*** All items are handmade. Handmade items may have slight imperfections or may be a bit different from what is shown in the pictures. However, I do my best to make sure every purchase is made top quality, in size proportion, and is extra cute!



*** Custom Orders

I accept custom orders on a case by base basis when time permits throughout the year. Custom orders may take up to one month to complete.

I generally do not accept custom orders during September and October, when I am very busy with orders.



*** Wholesale and Consignment

I usually accept wholesale orders from the months of November through May on a case by case basis.
