We pride ourselves on offering personal service, fast shipping, and a wide selection of quality patterns and supplies from around the world.
We are proud members of The National Needlework Association in the US. We hope you enjoy browsing the shop and have fun adding new favorites to your stash!
We accept PayPal (including e-checks), debit and major credit cards, and Etsy gift cards.
If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.
Our goal is to ship orders out within each item's noted estimated timeframe from receipt of payment in a sealed flat mailing envelope, flat rate envelope, or box with packing material to ensure a safe arrival. All shipments within the United States are sent via USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or Standard Post depending on the weight and size of the package. A tracking number and/or Customs Declaration Number is provided on all packages.
Please ensure that your mailing address is a secure location for delivery and is updated before placing your order. Signature confirmation services are available if arrangements are made in advance for an additional fee. Please contact us before purchase to add this service onto your order.
DIGITAL FILES: PDF files are available for instant download via your "Purchases" folder once payment is received. NO PAPER PATTERN WILL BE MAILED..
Your items will be shipped to the address on the Etsy order unless specified in the "Comments" section of the order.
If an order is returned by the post office because of an incorrect address or the address is undeliverable as provided on your order, the order can be reshipped to a new address for an additional shipping cost.
Please review USPS information (http://pe.usps.com/text/imm/ab_toc.htm) for questions regarding prohibited items and prohibited countries.
Duty/Customs/VAT fees and/or taxes may be charged on shipments outside the USA (including digital files). It is the Buyer's responsibility to pay these fees/taxes. Please contact your country's customs/import agency for duty/tax/fee information as we do have this information.
We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a refund for orders to USPS restricted countries.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after your package has been submitted to and accepted/received by the US Postal Service or other applicable shipping carrier. If your order is stolen, please file a stolen mail report with the USPS in addition to a police report with your local Police Department.
If an order is returned because the package was refused by the buyer, a refund may be given minus the amount paid for shipping and fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 2-3 business days of receiving your order. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.
PATTERNS: Due to the protection of copyright laws, patterns, charts, leaflets, and designs, including digital files are not returnable or refundable.
FABRICS: Please note that all fabrics are cut to order, and thus considered a "custom order" per your request, and are not returnable or refundable because of this custom cut process. If a cancellation request for fabric is submitted after a fabric is cut, but before an order is shipped, a 10% cut fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the buyer.
RETURNS NOT RELATED TO USPS DAMAGE: Item(s) must be in "like new" salable condition. The cost of return shipping is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Colors may look different on different computer monitors and may also be slightly different in size and color due to the dyeing process. If you have any questions about fabric size or please contact us before placing your order.
Additional Policies and FAQs
We are happy to take special orders and they make take anywhere from 1-12 weeks to ship to you depending on the vendor and/or production time. Please note that special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
