Payment
We accept all major credit card, PayPal and Etsy gift cards. Payment must be received before the item will be shipped. Once the item has shipped and a return is required you must email for return authorization.
Shipping
We will ship items between 1-3 days after purchase via Ground service either by FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Refunds and Exchanges
A return must be authorized before shipping the product back. Please email the reason for return and wait for a reply before shipping the product back. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Also for items returned that are not defective will be charged a 15% restocking fee. If the item is lost/stolen a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier as a tracking number will be provided to you.
