Domestic Shipping (UK)

I have postal collections on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All domestic packages are shipped using Royal Mail 24. This is NOT a tracked service. I do offer tracked shipping options which you can upgrade to at checkout.

International Shipping

I have postal collections on Tuesdays and Thursdays. All standard international shipping options are Royal Mail 1st class. This is NOT a tracked service. You can upgrade to tracked shipping at checkout.

We are still experiencing some pandemic delays due to logistical restrictions and Brexit has created longer customs procedures. International orders are currently taking anything from 8-42 working days to arrive.

Processing times

The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Please see below for guidance.

Please note, working days are classed as Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm and exclude national holidays. If your order comes in after 12 noon, the next working day is classed as the first working day of your processing time. This is also true of any order placed over a weekend or on a national holiday.

Art Prints - 5-10 working days
Greetings Cards - 4-7 working days
Embroidered Items - 10-15 working days
