Every purchase is FINAL SALE. Make sure you double check all your details and specs before checkout.
Refund request BEFORE your item has been made: If we have not already started making your item(s), you will get a full refund.
***If an item is broken or damaged during transit, please send us a picture within 48 hours upon receiving the damaged item(s). The Crafty Lot will issue the customer a partial refund for the damaged item(s). A partial refund is 50% of the selling price. Please purchase a "Broken Glassware Replacement" listing to complete the replacement process.***
Payment
Buyers must respond ASAP if they do not wish to purchase the item. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more info.
Shipping
Decals: 1-3 business days
Glassware: 1-3 weeks
Woodwork: 2-3 weeks
Handwritten: 1-2 weeks
Prints: 1 week
Sewn Goods: 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted.
Digital Items: Items should be available for download (without watermark) for your personal use. Please credit us when using.
Physical Items: We ship all items using USPS. Shipping cost is calculated through Etsy. We cannot offer a discount (see below for a bulk discount).
Tracking: All packages (aside from decals) will have tracking numbers that will be provided by The Crafty Lot for your convenience. If you have any questions once the item has shipped, please contact USPS. We are no longer in control of what happens to the item.
If you purchase:
1 dozen, you will qualify for 15% off your shipping cost
2 dozen or more, you will qualify for 25% off your shipping cost

All custom orders must be requested by contacting The Crafty Lot. We need a message that will contain details and information needed to start your custom listing and order.
Please be specific if you have a vision for what you want. Send pics of examples if applicable.

LKA (first, last, middle) in hot pink.
Targaryen in Red, Lannister in Yellow, Martell in Red.

All decal orders require a font/design option by the buyer. If no font/design choice is given within 24 hours, we will use the default font/design that is pictured in the original listing or mentioned in the item details

We do not control how our glassware, woodwork, arrives. We do pick the best of our stock for your order.
We try our best to keep all items in stock but if should be out or our vendor is out of stock for the moment, we will contact you about your options.
We fulfill the orders with the details that are provided to us by the buyer and are not responsible for any misspellings given to us.
We cannot control how fast an order gets to you once it leaves our shop.
