As with any of her hand crafted items, The Crafty Mommy suggests washing to be done by hand in cold water and then laying the item flat to dry.
Unless otherwise stated, additional items in photo are props and will not be considered for sale or included in purchase price.
CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED items sold through Etsy must be paid for in full, in advance of being made. No modifications will be accepted once proof/confirmation is sent. No refunds, returns or exchanges will be made on CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED items.

Refunds and Exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis. The Crafty Mommy does not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges on CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED items.
Payment
All sales are considered FINAL once payment is made.
CUSTOM ORDERS are listed as such and will only be sent to the named buyer. Shop is not responsible for refunding money paid for CUSTOM ORDERS purchased in error.
Shipping
The Crafty Mommy will not be held responsible for any item once turned over to UPS/USPS to be shipped, so if you are worried about this, please purchase shipping insurance when closing the sale or convo me with your specific concerns.

I have done my best to photograph and describe the item to be sold. Due to variations in computers item color may be slightly different when received. For crochet items- yarn used will be specified in item description. If you have questions about the color of the item, feel free to send me a message and I will try to send you a link to the manufacturer's website where you can see their representation of the color.
