ALL PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED USPS PRIORITY. Due to the pandemic there can be delays

UNDERSTANDING PRE-TRANSIT:

All packages stay in "Pre-Transit awaiting item mode" until they are hand scanned in, even if the package is at the facility it can say that they are awaiting the package.

Please have patience, all packages have been dropped off, they are just waiting to be scanned. Once shipped out we have no control over the length of time of transit and delays. Thank you for you understanding & patience ☺️

All shelves are adjustable to fit your particular wall! Your item may not be level when you hang it. Simply adjust the string left or right, shorten & knot or once hung, slightly push down the front or back of the shelf to make it level!


Please Note:

-No Ring Shelves & Twine+Ring: Will be strung all the way through the entire shelf

-With Ring Shelves: Will be tied individually under each hole

-To adjust Duo or Trio Shelves, you will receive and insert or check out our Instagram

-Potted Shelves: If you choose the Closed Cord option, you will have to balance the opposite side of the pot with weight of decor or items in order for it to hang and not tilt to one side! :)

There are some listings that have the option for Two Tone & Non Two Tone versions.
Two Tones are listed first, Non Two Tones second.

WHITE/STAIN OF CHOICE: White Painted/Stain (our Two Tone version)
STAIN OF CHOICE: All Stained, no white (Non Two Tone Version)

Please note the Antique White is very light and is stain where you will see a lot of the wood grain and wood color through. It is not a solid white color :)

Stains & Paint may vary in terms of appearance of online due to individual wood grains, knots, nicks and character. No two are alike! :)

WIDE & THIN BOX SHELVES

Each box shelf comes with two keyhole hangers in the back. All you need is a nail or screw to fit it flush to your wall!

FLOATING CUBES

Our Floating Cubes do come with a mason jar or vase. Put which you would like with your Floating Cube, in the notes section when you checkout!

POTTED SHELVES

Our shelves DO NOT come with the pot included. Our Potted Shelves FIT 4" pots

**PICKUPs & DROP OFFs are currently postponed due to COVID

USPS is experiencing unprecedented issues with sorting, scanning in, tracking/transit. Tracking may stay in "PRE-TRANSIT" for a very long time. Please see our Instagram Highlight "Shipping" & "C19/USPS" for more details. Facilities are over overpacked and stacked with packages. We have NO CONTROL once a package is dropped off ☺️

DAMAGE/UNDONE

If your item becomes lost, undone or is damaged in shipping, file a claim with USPS to receive a refund from them, once dropped off we have no control.

If your item is heavily damaged in transit, message us with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement. Heavily damaged indicates the product is broken & cannot function or be used.

If your strings become unstrung in transit, please contact us for how to instructions, or visit our TIPS highlight on our Instagram ☺️

All order placed by DECEMBER 11th have been shipped out by USPS Holiday Deadline Dec 18th.

Orders may stay in Pre-Transit until accepted & scanned in at any given distribution center along the way or at original drop off point. This may take some time to update due to the overwhelming amount of packages received. PLEASE BE PATIENT ☺️

Please Note: We are not responsible if your package does not arrive on time, and can provide info for you to claim via USPS. USPS & other carriers may experience heavy delays, so we suggest you order ahead of time. All packages are Priority Insured with tracking. HAPPY HOLIDAYS! Xx
