I am currently meeting all production deadlines, as noted at purchase. There are delays through USPS due to covid. Once and item ships, IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF USPS to uphold their end of the deal. I cannot provide remakes, reships, or refunds for delays caused by the United States Postal Service.

Returns and exchange details
All items are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of customization on all orders.

Cancellation *Requests* must be submitted within 6 hours of placing your order. Cancellation Requests that are placed within the 6 hour window will be reviewed and left to the discretion of the shop owner.

If you have ANY issues with your order, please contact me through Etsy Conversations/ Messenger within 3 days of receiving the item(s). I will use the recorded date & time on the tracking info from USPS for reference.
Shipping
I ship all items through USPS.

IMPORTANT:
I am not responsible for items once they are shipped. In order to receive the $100 insurance, through USPS, your items MUST be shipped Priority Mail. If you have any questions or concerns regarding shipment of your item(s) please contact me through Etsy Messages. You can ensure your items are shipped Priority Mail and include the USPS insurance for damaged or lost items by purchasing the listing "Priority Mail" along with your other item(s).
