Welcome to my little shop of soft and cuddly slippers! I hope you have a pleasant visit, and enjoy the softness of my work. Everything is handmade by me and occasionally my friends! I would greatly appreciate if you would take the time to read my shop policy. Thanks in advance!

Accepted payment methods

I accept PayPal, as a reliable and secure payment method. You don't even need to have an account to use it, just a credit/debit card! If you have any questions about payment or PayPal, feel free to ask me!
I ship via the national postal service and I ship out within a day of receiving payment (it might take a day or two longer if it is a holiday or weekend, but don't worry, ;) !). Shipping is done via registered airmail. I offer quantity discount which you can be arranged with me, just send me a convo! Oh, and since it's registered airmail, don't forget you need to sign the package when you receive it, so don't panic if you think it might have gotten lost in the mail! Don't forget to check your mailbox for notices!

-- International shipping --
I ship all of my items internationally. Shipping costs are given using the "Everywhere else" option, because my post office sends items at the same price regardless of destination. Please note that I do not pay for any duties, customs or similar fees. These are the responsibility of the buyer if their country charges these kinds of fees. If you aren't certain about this, contact your post office to confirm these.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take great pride in my work, so I really hope you'll like it! If you find your product dissatisfying, notify me via email or send me a convo within 4 days of receiving the item, send the piece back in good/unused condition, and I will refund you. However, shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer has to pay for his/her own shipping back to me.

-- Custom orders --
I very gladly take custom orders, and I've got a bunch of materials on hand, so the work should start very quickly. :D Everything you see in my shop can be custom-ordered, so don't hesitate to convo me if you want something made by your specifications! :)

-- The Studio --
All of my work is done in a smoke-free environment, and I don't have any pets (apart from my scaly associates), so no need to worry about any environmental allergens getting in.
