Because this is a fundraising effort, we cannot offer refunds. We can offer an exchange, but the resulting additional shipping and handling costs will need to be covered by you.

Please contact us before leaving feedback if there's anything in your experience that warrants it to be negative or neutral — we will do all we can to work with you to figure out a fair solution.

We accept credit cards or PayPal.

Please pay within three days of your purchase.
If you fail to pay do so, the transaction will be canceled.

"If you are paying with a credit card or through PayPal, click 'Pay with PayPal'. You will be taken to a PayPal page for that purchase. If you do not want to sign up for a PayPal account, scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a credit card or a bank account. After payment, you will be redirected to your purchase order.

Items will be mailed via Canada Post regular mail.

- If you purchase an illustration by Serena or Emily, your package will be printed after your order is made (this saves on paper and overhead costs), then mailed within 5 business days of when your payment is processed.

- If you purchase any other item, it will be mailed within 2 days of when your payment is processed.

If you would like speedier service, a tracking number, insurance, or anything else beyond what is outlined above, please contact us before your purchase and we will try and accommodate your needs.

Shipping and handling costs are calculated to cover postage, as well as packaging (we package prints with archival acid-free backer boards in a sealed in a cello sleeve, then mail them in a protective stiff envelope).

Please note that the customer is responsible for any duty or customs charges. Also, we can not control any delays caused by customs.
