If an order arrives to you in unsatisfactory condition, or if an order marked "shipped" fails to arrive, please contact me and I will replace or refund your purchase. Depending on the item in need of replacement I may ask that you cover a portion of the shipping cost, though that is not typical.
I accept payments through Etsy direct checkout, Etsy gift cards, and PayPal. I prefer the first two of these options, though I understand paypal may be some buyers' only payment option. If there is an issue with payment of an order I will contact the buyer at least once before canceling a transaction or seeking intervention from Etsy.
I typically ship all my items via USPS first-class mail, and standard airmail for orders outside the U.S.A. If you would prefer special shipping considerations like delivery confirmation, tracking, etc please contact me before you order, so that I might make a shipping option/custom listing to suit you.
