5 out of 5 starsI ordered the dress as a back-up wedding dress as I am pregnant and had no idea if I would still fit into the dress I had bought earlier. I ended up wearing this one and got many compliments on it! It fit my pregnancy belly without a problem as the waistline is quite high. I definitely recommend getting both the lining and chiffon overlay as the dress is very see-through without. My order was delayed in shipping out but customer service was good and as soon as it was on its way, it arrived surprisingly quick.

4 out of 5 starsI love the colours and how they are distributed but I the purple is more of a browny red colour but it is still beautiful and has a nice silky feel to it. The seller is freindly but takes 5 - 7 days to reply if you get a reply which is difficult when your trying to have a conversation, I would have liked to have had faster replies

2 out of 5 starsThe quality of the dress seems good but it does not look like what it is on the pictures shown, it's so shiny and it does not look that nice but on the images looks lovely. I went for the lining which is white but I think for the straps they could of had the lining inbetween the flower fabric because when you style it you can see the flowers and the white. It's very difficult to communicate to the store as they reply 5 - 7 days later if you get a reply. I am not sure what I am going to do with it, I would not recommend this dress.

Hi dear! We do not use a different shiny fabric to print the floral dress, we used the same infinity dress that you see mostly in our store to print the floral dress. Our dresses are not shiny, only certain colours may show a slight sheen due to the nature of the fabric. Hi Joyce, The first order that you have purchased from us on 7 Feb you have given us 5 stars for it. After that you proceeded to purchase several more orders (same colour as the first order). All subsequent orders that we have mailed out its the same Cobalt blue that you have received for your first order, thus I’m unsure why you said its the wrong colour. When you requested for return, we have given you the return details but you chose not to return. Shipping fee has been on the rise since covid & we’ve been absorbing a huge cost of it, and I’m sorry we are unable to provide free return as it would not be sustainable for our little business. For customers who have any queries please drop us a message & we will be happy to assist. :)

◆ WHAT IS AN INFINITY DRESS?
All the dresses in our shop are the same type (just different colour and length). You can create many different styles with this one dress. Play around with the two long straps to create the different looks.
◆ WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY ONE-SIZE-FITS-MOST?
TDY Infinity dress is able to fit a wide range of sizes due to the elastic waistband;
- Regular dress: fits ~22 to 36 inches waist
- Plus size: fits ~36 to 53 inches waist
- Kids size: fits ~14 to 23 inches waist
◆ WHERE DO I MEASURE THE LENGTH OF THE DRESS FROM?
The length of the dress depends on where the waistband is worn. For shorter ladies you can wear it higher up nearer to the bust and for taller ladies you can wear it at your natural waist.
The straps can be adjusted to fit the different body shapes and can be wrapped tighter or looser depending on the body and style.
◆ WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DRESS?
You can hand wash it using cold water or machine wash in cold water using a netted bag. Hang and dry it naturally, do not throw it into the dryer.
◆ DO YOU HAVE BOW TIES/ NECK TIES FOR THE GUYS AND LITTLE BOYS?
Yes! We are the first and only shop to launch Matching Bow ties and Neck ties for your Grooms and Groomsmen. The Bow ties do come in Kids Size that is suitable for the page boys!
They are all made of the same fabric as the dresses, definitely a perfect matchy-matchy look with the Bridesmaids!

Postage is calculated based on the Weight of the item, the shipping fee is slightly higher as we're based in Singapore(9495 miles away from USA!), and the dresses are relatively heavy.
We provide you the best value for money for your parcel to be delivered to you. Postage is reasonably priced, in fact, we are sure we offer one of the lowest postage to be mailed to countries like USA and CAN.
Try opting the parcel to be mailed to Singapore from where you are and you will know how reasonable we charged for your parcel to be mailed to you and best of all, the parcels are mailed via Express Shipping to most countries!
◆ WHY DO YOU NEED MY PHONE NUMBER?

◆ WHY IS THE COLOUR DIFFERENT ONLINE AND IN REALITY?
We tried our best to portray the colour as true as possible but it may differ a little due to the settings of the monitors. I would highly recommend you to get our Free Fabric Swatches before proceeding to buy the dresses.
