The Spark of Love

I married the man of my dreams in 2013 and we both wanted our spoiled pup, Loba, to be a part of our vintage themed wedding. However, we had a difficult time finding a doggy dress that fit our theme and wedding colors. My husband had gifted me a sewing machine about a year before this that I hadn't even taken out of the box yet. So, I decided I would put my sewing machine and crafting skills to good use and make her the perfect dress for our wedding. This sparked an addiction to want to make her more outfits and also to want to DIY several more items for our wedding. I quickly realized how much I enjoyed creating items for weddings and that love has only expanded since then!

And now, with the support of my wonderful and loving husband, we bring you One Dainty Tulip! We are very excited about this new adventure and hope that you enjoy our creations as much as I enjoy making them for you!

Returns and exchange details
Exchange & Refund Policy: Because our items are made to order, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted or honored unless you are able to provide proof that an error was made on our part. Please read below (Incorrect or Damaged Orders) for the procedure that you must follow to receive a refund or an exchange under these circumstances.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders: We ask that you please provide us with a photo of the damage or incorrect item that you received within 5 calendar days of item arrival. The image should be sent via etsy conversations with an explanation of the problem. Please specify if you are requesting a refund or exchange. We will then review your request. In most cases, we will send you a new item or issue a refund after receipt of the original item in it's original, undamaged, and unused condition. You must provide tracking information when shipping an item back. Your replacement item will be shipped via USPS first class mail. Expedited shipping methods are available at the cost of the buyer unless the error was made on our part.

Lost Orders: DOMESTIC and INTERNATIONAL orders are both now fully trackable. We apologize but refunds will not be given on missing orders that show as successfully delivered within the USPS, FedEX, UPS and/or other shipping carrier's tracking system. Orders that are returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer will be re-sent after payment is received and cleared, from the customer, for the additional shipping cost. However, any mistakes in shipping that are our error, we will take full responsibility for and work to remedy the situation.

Custom/Personalized Orders: All custom and/or personalized orders are final sale. No refunds or exchanges. Most of our items are made to order. Supplies to create custom orders are purchased, at times, as soon as the order is received and for this reason, no refunds or exchanges will be honored. Please be sure to specify and describe exactly what you are requesting, including the materials, colors and measurements (where and when applicable), prior to placing your order. Also, to ensure that your custom order is shipped as soon as possible, please be sure to communicate and respond to etsy conversations within 2 business days.

For all orders: Should a question about your order arise and we are unable to get in touch with you (the buyer) within 2 business days, your item will either be shipped or canceled at our discretion. No refunds or exchanges will be honored if you fail to communicate within this specified time.

Lace Runner Orders: Because lace runner orders are made and cut to the specifications of your order, no refunds or exchanges will be honored.

Production Times: Production times always vary. However, items that include a production time in their description will be shipped out within the specified time frame. (Except when customization of an item is requested and agreed on). Please be sure to understand the production time for your item(s) prior to placing your order. If you fail to understand the production time and/or fail to contact us via Etsy conversations for clarification of production times, prior to the placement of your order, a refund will not be honored if the item is not received by the time that you assumed to receive it by. Please understand that production time + shipping time = When you will receive your item. We do offer options to expedite the processing time of your order as well as expedited shipping options.

European Union (E.U.) Buyers ONLY:
The following applies only to purchases made from within the E.U. with the EXCEPTION of the following items:

-goods made to order or clearly personalized.
-online digital content, if you have already started downloading or streaming it.
-goods bought from a private individual rather than a company.
-sealed goods that cannot be returned once unsealed, for reasons of health or hygiene.

For purchases made within the E.U., you (the buyer) will have NO MORE than 14 days after the day the goods were delivered to do the following; 1. formally and clearly request a refund AND 2. ship the item back. You (the buyer), will be responsible to pay the shipping fees to return the item. The return shipping fees will NOT be refunded. The only shipping fees to be refunded on applicable returns, are standard shipping fees (first class international shipping), that were paid when you initially made your purchase. No upgraded methods of shipping will be refunded. The goods must be received back before any refund will be issued. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. VAT fees or any other customs/duties and/or 3rd party fees will not be refunded as we do not collect those fees. Etsy automatically e-mails you a model withdrawal form on your order receipt e-mail which you may use to formally and clearly request a refund. If you choose to use this form to request a refund, please send it via an Etsy conversation. Any communication outside of Etsy may not be received.

Cancellations: Orders cancelled after the 1 hour grace period for cancellations are subject to a re-stocking fee of 15% of the purchase price.

Payment is due before an order ships. If your payment does not clear, your order may be canceled. You can shop here with your credit card, Paypal, and Etsy gift cards.

Standard Shipping Methods
For Domestic Orders ONLY:
-Bow Ties are made to order and ship via USPS Priority shipping which is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days once shipped.
-Pocket Squares are made to order and ship via USPS Priority shipping which is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days once shipped.
-Paper Goods (Cards, tags, personalized jewelry boxes) are made to order and ship via USPS First Class mail which is estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days once shipped.
-Wine Glasses and Proposal Boxes are made to order and ship via USPS Priority Mail which is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days once shipped.
-Sashes are made to order and ship via first class shipping which is estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days once shipped.
-Can Coolers are made to order and ship via first class shipping which is estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days once shipped.
-Dog collars and Dog Tutus are made to order and ship via USPS Priority shipping which is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days once shipped.
-Lace Runners are made to order and ship via USPS Priority shipping which is estimated to arrive in 1-3 business days once shipped.

**If you upgrade your shipping method during checkout, your item will ship per your specified and purchased shipping method.

For International Orders ONLY:
Your order will be shipped via USPS International first class mail after payment is received, unless you purchase an upgraded shipping method during checkout. International orders can take up to 6 weeks for delivery plus production time of the item that you purchased plus the amount of time the destination country's customs department holds the package. This time is unpredictable. Purchase at your own risk.
IMPORTANT: If you are outside of the U.S., the destination country may charge you additional fees which you are responsible for paying. Please familiarize yourself with the destination country's fees before ordering as we have no control over the fees imposed by your country's customs department once the package enters the destination country. If your package is returned to us for "non-payment" you will NOT receive a refund and you will be responsible to pay all applicable customs and duties fees, (VAT) Value Added Tax, brokerage fees, and any other fees imposed by any 3rd party (such as the destination country) plus additional shipping in order for the item to be shipped to you again. Once the item is shipped again, there may be additional fees imposed by the destination country's customs department that you will still be responsible for paying upon receipt of the item. Unclaimed, returned packages will be discarded after a 14 day hold. No refund will be issued for unclaimed returned packages.

Shipping Address: We ship to the "Ship To" address that you provide on Etsy.
No refunds will be issued if buyer provides an incorrect shipping address. Buyer will be responsible for additional shipping fees if package is returned due to an incorrect address provided.

Tracking: Tracking will be provided for domestic orders. For some international orders, tracking is not available. Swatch orders do not have tracking information.

Shipment Delays, Loss, and Damage Policy: By purchasing an item from our shop, you agree and understand that once your package has been submitted for shipment to a shipping carrier by us, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage of your shipment by the shipping carrier of your choice. If you would like to purchase signature confirmation or insurance and/or any other additional and specific type of shipping services, please convo us to set that up prior to your purchase. No replacement items will be sent and no refunds will be issued due to a shipping carrier error, which is out of our control. No refund or replacement items will be issued and/or sent for orders that show as "delivered" through the tracking system of any of the carriers that you have chosen for your purchase.
