Do you offer customization
Yes absolutely! Please message me with your details and I can create a custom listing just for you. I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items,
Can I get the collar in a martingale design.
Yes of course. Martingale options are available in most of our collars in large and x-large sizes. These collars are great for dogs who have narrow heads or breeds who tend to pull when on lead.
Care instructions
For collars and grooming aprons. Machine wash in cold water. For collars, air dry; For grooming aprons, dry on low setting.
Policy for Shipping Delays and Lost Packages
I process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. I always ship USPS Priority Mail with insurance for the package value. I cannot control shipping delays once the item is in the possession of USPS. Once the item is shipped you will receive the USPS tracking number via the e-mail address you provided with your order. I do monitor all of my orders via USPS tracking and will file missing mail requests with USPS when a package appears to be stalled in an effort to get the order moving and to you. In the rare event a package is lost (30 days from USPS possession), I will file a claim to recover the value of the order. Once the claim is processed successfully, I will refund via Etsy.
