If you are not happy with your purchase, you can ship the item back to us for a refund.
The items needs to be shipped back carefully packed and in original condition within 7 days of receiving the item. Any opened package or signs of use will not be refunded.

* The initial shipping cost to ship the item to you will not be refunded.
* The customer pays the return shipping cost.
* The customer will be charged a 20% restocking/handling fee. This is non-negotiable since we need to go through the process of re-verifying the lengths ordered for each item.

Order Cancellation:
We cannot cancel an order if the order is shipped.

Item missing from package:
We do take care and check to ensure all items are included in the package before shipping. For the threads and french bullion where its sold by the length, we always ensure to include more than what's ordered. But if there is still a human error, please let us know and will immediately shipping the missing item/qty.

Package Lost by postal service issues:
All items are shipped by usps with a tracking number. In the event the postal service looses your package (Item lost), we will NOT issue a refund or ship replacement unless an insurance was purchased when placing the order. If you want to insure your package please contact use before or immediately after placing the order (before the order is marked as shipped).

If the order shipped with free shipping cost, and any of the items in the order is returned the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund if the order total falls less than $35 after the return.

All items are shipped by USPS First class mail. The rates are auto calculated based on USPS rates.

US Address:- All shipments inside US will have the USPS Tracking Number. If you would need additional insurance please contact before or immediately after placing the order. (Must contact before the item is shipped).

Address outside US : All items are shipped by usps first class mail. The tracking details will only show the tracking details within US. When the item leaves US, additional tracking details are not available. It would always show the last port the item was scanned in US. USPS First Class is the cheapest option
If you want tracking all the way, please use USPS express shipping. This is a lot more expensive but you can track the package all the way.
The decision on which option of shipping is upto the customer. The shipping rates are auto calculated based on the USPS rates.

Additional Returns:
* If the item is returned to the sender due to incorrect address or the postal service not able to deliver, the item cost will be refunded.
a. The shipping cost will not be refunded as the amount has already been used in shipping.
b. If the item was shipped as free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted before the refund
c. If the item should be shipped back, then the customer would need to pay the shipping cost to re-ship the item
