Payment
Payment is expected upon check out. Items will not be shipped without payment.
Shipping
Items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after order is received unless otherwise noted on item description.
Please understand that these are creating/handling times and there can be additional days added to an order's shipping time based on the postal/delivery system.
All items will be shipped either USPS or UPS-ground, unless buyer chooses to purchase upgraded shipping. If you wish for me to upgrade shipping or add insurance to shipped items, e-mail or Convo me as soon as possible: TheDottedFlower[at]gmail[dot]com.
I do not ship internationally at this time.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you receive an item and it is damaged, lost-in-transit, etc, e-mail or convo me as soon as possible so that I may help rectify the situation. Refunds will be determined in a case-by-case situation, and I will do my best to ensure that every buyer is satisfied.
I will not exchange or refund if given incorrect information upon checkout. I can only create what is supplied to me and am not responsible if given initials in the incorrect order. Please be sure to specify exactly how you want your item to look/be spelled. Thank you!
