Returns and exchanges

I do not give refunds for any printable/downloadable items. But if you run into any issues, I will try my best to resolve the problem as soon as possible. I want all of my customers to be very happy!

Payment

I currently only accept Paypal for payment. All downloaded items are non-refundable. If you have any issues with the downloads, please let me know and I will help to resolve the issue.

Shipping

Some items in my shop are instant downloads, and I try to put that in their title. If they are not, and need to be customized, I typically will send you a proof within 1-2 days, and you will get 1 time to send edits back. Once I make the edits, you will receive the final file within 1-2 days of you sending the edits to me.

For crafts the time varies for each project. Please check in the listing message to see how much time is needed.

Additional policies and FAQs

Custom orders are welcome! For printable items/parties a custom design typically takes 2-3 days, and I allow one round of edits, and then you will receive the final files.

If you need printing done for any of the items in my shop, please message me and I can get you a quote. I am a graphic designer by trade and work with many print shops where I know the quality is great.

Have questions? Feel free to message me, and I'll answer them quickly! I know how things can be time sensitive and I try my best to get back to you within a day at the most.
