When will my order ship?
Our current turnaround time is 3-5 business days. (does not include shipping time)
Example: If you order on a Monday, your item ships the following Monday. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it ships on the following Friday.
Can you put a rush on my order?
Yes! However - we accept a limited amount of rush orders a month. Please send a message FIRST to see if we can accommodate your request prior to purchasing.
Please include your need by date and city, state.
Do you make [enter item not in our shop]?
Most likely yes! There's a lot of items we haven't had time to list in our shop. Send us a message with size, material, and shipping address so we can work directly with you to make you something completely custom and amazing!
Can you make my item bigger or smaller?
Yes. Keep in mind, going bigger means more cost in shipping. Please send us a message including your full shipping address and project measurements so we can give you a proper quote.
How long does shipping take?
Please expect delays due to COVID-19.
First Class shipping takes 2-6 business days.
Priority shipping takes 2-4 business days (costs additional and can be requested via messages).
Parcel Select/Standard takes 2-9 business days and is for the larger items in our shop.
Please note: Etsy's shipping estimate is just an ESTIMATE. It's not guaranteed and we highly recommend contacting us first if you're on a tight deadline and your event is within 2-3 weeks.
