I accept custom commissions for portraits, see my listings and contact me with any questions you might have.

Payment

I currently accept PAYPAL for local and international orders.

*Please note you can use your credit card to pay through PAYPAL even if you don't have a PAYPAL account.

You can pay via bank transfer - please request my account details in a note to seller when checking out.

Payment at time of purchase is greatly appreciated. If you have any problems making your payment please contact me immediately.

Shipping

I ship everywhere! I try to ship within 48hrs (usually less) of receiving your order. If there are going to be any delays with shipping I will contact you right away.

I ship most items via registered post using Australia Post (with the exception of single gift cards or ACEO's which are sent via regular post). This means I will email you the tracking code after postage and gives you better coverage and security than regular post. If you prefer your package to have extra insurance, please contact me for the additional pricing.

*Note: I am currently in Europe, so most orders will be lovingly package and posted by my beautiful ma, with the exception of custom orders.

Large artworks will be posted in mailing tubes, smaller items flat and rigid.

As a guide, postage within Australia is generally 2-5 working days and approximately 10 working days to the rest of the world. Please keep in mind that packages can be delayed through customs depending on your country.


Refunds and Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork please contact me immediately. I will accept exchanges or refunds if you feel like your item was not as described or arrives damaged. Once I receive the item, in it's original condition, i will refund the full amount for the product. This does not include original or return shipping costs.
