Announcement   We have earth friendly fibers for your art and crafting needs. Our yarns and fibers are either hand spun or reclaimed fibers. By buying from us, you not only get a beautiful, unique product, but you help to support hundreds of others.

Many of our items start from sweaters we purchase from both the Salvation Army and Goodwill Industries. That money goes on to help less fortunate folks in the United States. We also buy from a company that is supporting women and cottage industry in India and Chili.

About

Hand Spun and Recycled Art Fibers

I love knitting and crocheting, along with my beading (forbesfarm.etsy.com). I also did a lot of spinning band in the 70's before family and work demands took up all of my time. Now that I am semi-retired, I have once again started that wheel a spinning with some great new fibers I am finding from all around the world. I also make recycled yarns from cast off sweaters, blankets, etc. Busy hands help the time go faster!
