In my quest for a more eco-friendly & sustainable home, I'm making the switch to paperless towels & ordered 2 sets --1 for every day & 1 for Christmas -- with finished edges. Worth the short wait for a custom, handmade, high quality item. Appreciated the simple, no waste packaging too. Will definitely order more for gifts --& maybe for my laundry room too (wink wink).

Why are your production times so long?
Every item you purchase from us is completely hand-crafted, from pre-shrinking fabrics before they are cut, to construction and detailed finishing. We take great pride and care in creating our products. They are meant to last for many years, which takes a little more time. We usually have a long queue of orders, so please understand that there are many open orders in front of yours and we create/ship in the order they are received. To remain fair, we don't allow customers to pay extra fees just to skip ahead of you in line. Thank you for your patience!
Is my product washer and dryer safe?
Yes! Every item we make is safe for your washer and dryer, and is constructed to handle frequent washings. Our products are built to last for many years!
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We strive to use the most eco-friendly and mindful methods of getting your products to you, while also ensuring that they are safely packaged to avoid damage by the shipping carrier. All of our packaging materials are made from recycled or biodegradable materials, and they can be recycled again as well! We proudly use recycled/recyclable poly-mailers, recycled cardboard boxes, recycled kraft paper wraps, recycled/biodegradable ribbons, and paper tape.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
At this time, we are not accepting wholesale orders. Bulk pricing may be available on a case by case basis, but we do not offer wholesale pricing.
