The Elegant Harlot is a woman-owned and operated business. I make all my creations in a smoke-free, multi-cat-friendly environment and take great pride and satisfaction that all creations purchased will be as much appreciated by you, My Most Valued Customers. Visit as much as you like, I am always creating and devising new Perky Little Hats, Perky Little Top Hats and accessories.

Returns and exchanges
All Elegant Harlot creations are handmade, one-of-a-kind and limited editions. The Elegant Harlot offers NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Please ask all questions about an item before ordering. Postal Insurance is recommended for ceramics. Ask about rates at time of order.
Payment
I prefer payments via PayPal, but will gladly accept money orders. When Paying by money order, work does not begin on a creation until the money order has cleared. California Sales Tax is included in the cost. On items stating free shipping (U.S. only); a portion of the shipping cost has been included in the price.

If there is a problem, or you can no longer go thru with the transaction, just keep the lines of communication open, I am sure something can be worked out.
Shipping
Unless stated otherwise, shipping is via U.S. Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. Notification included. Postal Insurance (payable by the Buyer) is highly recommended but optional. The Elegant Harlot will ship 3-4 business days after completion of order. Normally postal deliveries arrive within 10-14 business days of mailing. The Elegant Harlot does not ship on weekends or public holidays. Please note that there are always unforeseeable postal delays, so please take this into consideration when placing your order.
