this is good store/hat, recommend this

I purchased this shelf and waited for it to be shipped. When it didn’t arrive in a timely manner, I inquired. The seller responded that he didn’t know what happened and that he could issue a refund or send it priority mail at no extra cost to me. I ask him to mail it. I sent a second inquiry a week later. I received no written response from the seller. I just received a refund from the shop. That is incredibly rude. My time and money was tied up for a month of waiting when I could have been shopping elsewhere. I didn’t deserve being treated in this manner.

This beautiful item was a gift to my sister that I helped my brother in law find. She had found out about the item when listening to a priest tell his story about meeting with a Japanese ambassador and was gifted a very similar item.
