Returns and exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase from The Evil Banana due to inconsistently in physical product verses online listing, please let us know and we will be more than happy to make it right via refund or replacement. Buyer’s remorse will be handled on a case by case bases and needs to be addressed within 24 hours of purchase; all issues on this direct matter after shipment are “final sale”.
Payment
We happily accept payment via all major credit cards (through Etsy and Paypal) as well as Paypal payments.
Shipping
Your order will be processed & shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase/payment. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, etc., about your order!
***Please understand:
- We are not responsible for errors on the part of the buyer, such as errors in the shipping address provided.
- We cannot be responsible for lost international packages, as USPS first class international only provides tracking until the parcel leaves the U.S.
- We cannot mark international orders as “Gift” on the customs form or otherwise falsify customs information.
- Since we have no control over each country’s specific mail service & customs office, we can only ship the packages in good faith. We do not offer delivery confirmation; due to tracking not being available beyond the U.S. border.
- We have no responsibility or information regarding import duties, taxes, customs, etc. that might be charged by the home country of our international customers.
