In the unlikely event of a problem, please contact me via convo or e-mail (thefabulousmissbATgmailDOTcom).

I want you to be thrilled with your purchase at The Fab Miss B. I will accept returns via mail, but the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once I have received the package, I will offer you a refund or exchange from my current inventory.

I offer insurance as an option on each package. With insurance, in the unlikely event of a package going missing, I will offer you either a refund or an exchange from my current inventory.

Uninsured items are no longer my responsibility once they leave my hands at the post office. I am always happy to provide a scan of my USPS receipt as proof of shipment.

As always, feel free to convo or e-mail me with any questions.
I am happy to accept your paypal or credit card payments. I have also enjoyed trading with other talented Etsians in the past. Don't be shy!
After receiving payment, I will ship your order promptly via United States Postal Service, usually via first class mail, within one week.

Your one of a kind find will arrive carefully packed in a nest of tissue paper, sealed with a sticker and packaged in a sturdy and appropriate box or envelope. I am happy to include a complimentary gift note. Just include your message in the notes to seller as you check out!

If you require insurance, please be sure to mention this in the notes to seller and wait for a revised invoice from me. (This will add $3 to your shipping cost.)

Please note that if you do not choose insurance, I am no longer responsible for mail once it leaves my hands at the post office. Of course, I will always be happy to provide you with a scan of my shipping receipt as proof of shipment.
