The USPS has been extremely affected by covid and continues to suffer slower delivery times, sketchy tracking updates and impossible to predict problems. If you have purchased a box with free shipping, please note;

While I ship all items first class, free of charge to my customers, this has turned out, during Covid, not to be enough time for many of my customers, and it is impossible to predict delivery times.

The upshot is that if your item is time sensitive, please allow plenty of time for me to make it and ship it out . At least 5 days above the normal delivery time from Central PA. Please know that you can always reach out to me to let me know you need some shipping advice and the dates your ring box is needed and I will happily work with you to give you the best chance of receiving your item on time.

You also have the option of shipping at a faster rate, such as priority, priority Express, or circumventing the USPS altogether and choosing Fed Ex for delivery. They are more expensive, but they get your item to your home when they say they will.

Please ask me how you can upgrade shipping to a speedier and more reliable service. I can give you accurate price quotes and I can also use a label you wish to send me if you have your own account somewhere. Again, just ask.

According to the post office, they are working about 4 days behind their usual speed. I have found this to be true, at least that far behind the predicted times. If you can’t wait that long, allow me to help you. It’s part of my job and I am happy to do it.
