Returns and exchanges
PROOFS WILL BE SENT THROUGH ETSY CONVERSATION - NOT E-MAIL. Please be sure to check your Etsy account daily to approve your proof.
In the rare case of lost or damaged packages The Favor Box will file a claim with the Post Office or appropriate shipping company for you as a courtesy. Refunds for insured packages will be sent directly to you (the buyer). The Favor Box will not issue refunds for packages lost or damaged by a third party.
All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a claim to be filed.
Payment
Checks may be mailed or paid through Pay Pal but orders will be held for processing until payment is received and has been cleared by our bank.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within the United States are shipped USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. You can upgrade to USPS Express 1-2 Day Mail. Please contact me for current rates.
