At Firetree, my commitment to customers and visitors is to maintain privacy and trust. I never share your personal details and would never use any information you share with me without your permission. Cookies
I sell through Etsy and The British Craft House online and they use cookies to gain information regarding browsing and purchasing. They research pages viewed, items purchased and frequency. These third- party companies have their own privacy policies you can view. You can disable cookies in your website browser settings, should you wish to do so.

Firetree Customers/ Commissions/Workshop Attendees
When you purchase a piece of jewellery from me on Etsy or TBCH, your name, address, email, or phone number will be stored online by the third party. All the companies I deal with are fully GDPR compliant, your details will be safe. I only use your details for the purpose they were intended, ie to post out your order, contact you if there is a query, let you know your order is on its way. If you have booked a workshop your contact details are downloaded onto my computer, which is password protected. All handwritten invoices, orders, are placed onto my computer and all paperwork is incinerated. I do need to retain certain information to comply with my legal and regulatory obligations, usually for 5 years.
3rd Party Payment Companies
I use Sum-up and PayPal for commission orders and event payments. Etsy takes payment directly on your orders. TBCH uses Stripe. All information is stored securely on these payment gateways. Please see individual third -party payment companies for their privacy policies.
