Per Etsy regs, please make payment within 3 days of purchase to avoid cancelling your sale.

PAYPAL, CREDIT, or DEBIT card payments - Even if you don't have a PayPal account you can still purchase using any major credit/debit card or directly from your checking account. If you want to take advantage of this option just go ahead and click pay after your purchase. You will then be directed to a screen that asks for your PayPal account information or on the left of the screen it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" Click continue. Then you will be able to enter your credit/debit card info or checking account info. Your purchase is not complete without this information.

RME/RMX payments - select other as your payment method and enter your RME email address in the message to seller at purchase. I will then send a money request through RME.
I ship orders Monday-Saturday. Because all items are in stock your order will be shipped within two days after payment is received. I now ship USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation (to save you money). If you would like priority mail instead please convo me before purchase. Your package should arrive within 2-5 days of mailing. I will convo you the day that it is mailed.

For international customers there unfortunately isn't tracking information available. I still try to ship first class to keep the price down but it all depends on weight.


Your items are finished with a fleece tie and a tag. The front of the tag has my cute logo and the back of the tag has a To: and From: with a note saying "Congratulations on your new little one!" Then they are wrapped in tissue and sent on their way.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your items have been sewn with care. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase please please convo or email me immediately. I will do everything I can to make sure that you are satisfied.

If a return is necessary I will not be able to pay shipping charges either way. I will exchange your item for another item of the same price if contacted within 3 days of receipt.

**************Gift Giving**************

If you would like your item to be sent directly to a recipient please let me know in "message to seller."

You also have the option of adding gift wrap which gan be either in a baby bag with tissue or with wrapping paper. This is for a small fee of $2. Please convo me and I will set up a reserved listing just for you.

*******************Product Care******************

Playmats and Playmats to-go: Machine wash delicate cycle with a mild soap. Lay flat or hang to dry in order to preserve the crinkle effect.

Fleece blankets: Machine wash and dry normal.

Receiving blankets and burp cloths: Wash and dry like normal. These are easy care!!

Bears and blankets: Bears should be cleaned like all other plush - wipe with damp cloth only. Blankets are ok to go in the machine wash and dry.

*******************Custom Orders*****************

Any material in my shop can be combined to create a custom playmat, playmat to-go, blanket, snugglie, or hat and scarf. Most custom orders are priced the same as the like items listed in the store. Custom orders will be completed within 7 days of receipt of payment. Please convo me with the details and we can set up a reserved listing. I will require that you pay for the order before I begin.

How??? - Log into your account. Click "your etsy." On the left hand side of the screen you will see a list. At the top is "feedback." Click on it and you will see a list of items that you have purchased. Click the rating that you are giving and leave a comment if you would like. Then click "submit."

Optional - I would love to see my items in action. If you would like there is also an option to include a customer appreciation photo in your feedback.
