We expect Father Christmas will enjoy having the pot of tea we leave him graced with this lovely cozy! We're still enjoying the other tea cozies ordered from you in the past, too.

Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days to return the item for a refund or exchange. Unfortuantely after 14 days, no refunds or exchanges can be given.

PAYING BY PAYPAL
I expect payment to be received within 48 hours. Payment not received within this time will unfortunately mean that your order is cancelled.
PAYING BY MONEY ORDER
Etsy policy allows for 7 days in which a money order must arrive for a transaction to be fufilled. If you wish to pay for your purchase using a Money Order, please contact me prior to placing your order.
As the postal system is sometimes not as reliable as it should be, please advise me when the order was posted. Likewise, I will confirm receipt. Money orders not received within 21 days and without any communication will cause your transaction to be cancelled.
PAYING BY PERSONAL CHEQUE
As the postal system is not always as reliable as it should be, please advise me when the cheque has been posted. I will deposit the cheque within 48 hours of receipt. Cheques usually take between 5 and 7 business days to clear. Items will not be despatched until payment has cleared.
Shipping
I aim to despatch within 48 hours of receipt of your payment and will confirm that your item has been despatched. At this time I will also provide an approximate delivery date but cannot be held responsible for this. This lies in the hands of the Mail Delivery Services!
Your items will be wrapped in tissue paper and posted in an envelope. Once an item is shipped, please note I cannot be responsible for how the items is handled by the mail system.
Also, I am not responsible for customs fees as they vary from country to country.
I always ensure I receive a certificate of posting - this confirms that I have posted the item. If you wish additional posting options (ie tracking), please let me know.
