Shop policies

Thank you for visiting thefoxparade. All items in my shop are vintage or antique and very old, so some wear consistent with age is expected and even desired. It's what gives these items their charm! If there are any significant flaws, they will be noted in the listing or represented in the photographs.

thefoxparade currently accepts Paypal only. Payment is due immediately upon placing an item in your cart, unless you have contacted me prior to purchase and we have made other arrangements. If payment is not received within twenty-four hours the item will be relisted and appropriate feedback will be left. Please do not use the cart as a 'wishlist', or to decide whether or not you want to purchase an item, instead mark it as a favorite. Adding an item to your cart means you are purchasing it, and it is removed from my shop, making it unavailable to other buyers.

If you are new to etsy and need help figuring out checkout:
Items are usually shipped within 1-3 days of receipt of cleared payment. I ship Monday through Friday.

All shipping quotes are estimates and I try to ship as cost efficiently as possible for you. Shipping prices include the cost of boxes or envelopes and packaging materials as I have to purchase these items in order to ship your item out.

All shipping prices now include delivery confirmation. If you would like to add insurance to your item, please convo me for an adjusted shipping price. I will not provide refunds for missing or damaged items as I have no control over items once they are in the hands of the postal worker. If this is a concern for you please request shipping insurance.

If you need an item by a specific time, contact me prior to purchasing so we can discuss which shipping method will meet your needs and I will change the shipping price accordingly.

I do ship internationally, I am in the process of adding international shipping options to every listing but if an item does not yet show a shipping option for your country, convo me prior to purchase and I will give you a shipping quote and add your country to the listing for you.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees your item may incur.
Refunds and Exchanges
thefoxparade does not except returns, however, I do want you to be happy with your purchase. If you find yourself dissatisfied with a purchase, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to remedy the situation.

If you feel that the item you purchased or the quality of service was not acceptable, please send me a conversation regarding your concerns so that I can try my best to make it right. Please don't just leave a neutral or negative feedback before talking to me.
Additional policies and FAQs
Reserves on items are for three days. To reserve an item means the buyer intends to make the purchase. Please do not reserve an item if you are not 100% sure you will purchase it.

All items come from a SMOKE FREE home.
