Your webbing is thin. I don't feel comfortable with the quality.
We use thin webbing on purpose, to give your dog the feel of well-worn comfort from the very moment it arrives. It's also lighter weight, which many dogs appreciate. Despite the thinner webbing, it has a tensile strength of 600+ pounds, so it's incredibly strong and durable. It is guaranteed not to tear or break under normal use, even with the strongest dogs pulling on walks. However, our items are not made or warrantied for tie-out use.
How do I care for my swag?
Our collars, leashes and harnesses are machine washable and dryer friendly. HOWEVER, this shortens their life. Machine washing is okay, but we recommend air drying. Hand scrubbing is also an option, if you want the very best outcome.
Bow ties should always be hand washed. They're not delicate, so feel free to scrub hard, if you need to. Reshape by pinching the pleats at the center and running your hand to the end. Air dry.
Do you offer wholesale options?
Yes! We do offer wholesale options to small pet boutiques, rescue organizations or others who may want bulk accessories. We do not wholesale harnesses at this time.
Do you accept returns/exchanges?
We work hard to be sure that your order is perfect. If we have made a mistake in production or have sent the wrong item, contact us and we'll make it right. If you need a replacement in a different size, style, etc, we offer replacements at 50% off upon return of the original item.
We extensively test our designs on our own dogs, and use high quality materials. We are confident in their durability, but nothing is indestructible. Our accessories are NOT warrantied for tie-out use. Please check your dog's accessories periodically to be sure they're in good working condition, for his/her safety.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Our production time is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and postal holidays). We do not keep stock on hand, but custom make each order as they come in, just for your dog. Because of the volume of orders we process on a daily basis, there is a wait time to receive your item. Everything we produce is made in the USA with much love and care, so it’s definitely worth the wait!
My order is lost in the mail. Now what?
We ship via USPS, and once we hand over a package it is no longer in our control. Like you, we trust that the USPS will deliver as promised, but we are not responsible for loss, delays, theft, damage, missing packages or incorrect mailing addresses on the order. In the event that a mail snafu happens, we can offer replacements at 50% off. If you received a package with damaged/missing contents, please contact USPS to file a damage claim. International customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country.
