I endeavor to show all aspects of my items in pictures and describe them as fully as possible. If you have any questions about the item before purchasing I am happy to answer all questions or send additional pictures.

Due to the extremely delicate nature of many of my products I do not generally offer refunds or returns. However, my customer's happiness is extremely important to me, so returns will be considered on a case by case basis. Please contact me if you have any issues with your purchase and I will do my best to correct the situation to everyone's satisfaction.

Payment by paypal please! You do not have to have a paypal account to pay using paypal, just a credit card. Any payments not completed via paypal within 7 days of purchase on etsy will be automatically cancelled.

I will happily and promptly refund any overages in shipping costs if your item turns out to be cheaper to ship than estimated. Sometimes shipping charges include a small amount for packing material, but I am almost always able to use recycled materials to save you money.
I am not responsible for any unexpected fees or tariffs that may be imposed at international customs. I will make every effort to make sure your item arrives properly packaged and undamaged, but please convo me if there are any problems on arrival. Please keep in mind that shipping from Canada (where I am) to the US or other international locations can be quite slow. I am happy to offer upgraded shipping (ie faster and more expensive!) upon request. Also, I can not be responsible for delays that may occur once I have shipped. Etsy's policies state that sellers are not responsible for items lost by the post, so I highly recommend purchasing expedited shipping for your item. It is usually only $5 to $10 more than the basic shipping and it comes with a tracking number. If you do not purchase this method of shipping and your package is lost I cannot be held responsible as I have absolutely no power over this and the Canadian post does not provide me with any additional information on the state or whereabouts of your package.

Almost all of my accessories are one of a kind and will ship upon purchase. All pussywillow items are made to order and may require 1 to 2 weeks to create depending on the volume of sales I am currently working on. Please keep this and shipping times in mind when planning when to order boutonnieres for your wedding.
