Returns and exchanges
I will refund the price of the item if it is returned to me in the condition which I sent it.I don't refund the cost of the postage nor do I pay for return postage of the item.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me via the 'conversations' section clearly stating the problem with the item. If a resolution cannot be found I will ask for the item to be sent back to me.On receiving the item and ensuring that it is in the condition that I sent it I will issue a refund minus postage costs.If the item is not in the condition that I sent it I will issue a partial refund of the item's price.
Payment
Payment for international customers is by Paypal only.

UK customers can pay me with a crossed postal order or personal cheque as well as Paypal. Please allow 7 working days for a cheque to clear,once cleared into my account I will post the items to you.

Payment is to be within 3 days of purchasing the item. If you change your mind or cannot pay please contact me as soon as possible. Non payers with no contact will be left negative feedback and reported to etsy admin.

Buyers are responsible for all taxes and customs charges. Please do not ask me to tick the 'gift' option on a customs form as this is against the law.
Shipping
Shipping is by Royal Airmail for international destinations, and Royal Mail 1st class for within the UK.

Please be aware that shipping can take up to 28 days or longer depending on the customs officers in your country.The Royal Mail do not allow claims for international packages until 20 days after posting.For the UK the Royal Mail will not allow a claim until after 15 days.
Additional policies and FAQs
I try and recycle packaging as much as possible. I don't put invoices or business cards etc in the packages to keep waste down. If you would like an invoice with your parcel please let me know as soon as possible.

I do not take custom orders at this time. I do not accept trades.
