Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your product, we are not satisfied. Therefore we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied. In special cases where you would like to return an order, we will happily refund all costs associated with the item however we will be unable to refund any shipping costs. At the end of the day, we strive to achieve perfection in delivering the best possible customer service that we can. All payments are accepted. All cancellations are accepted. All returns are accepted hassle free. We do not ask any questions if you would like to return an item except in cases where we require additional information in order to improve our quality. Damaged goods are replaced or refunded immediately based on our clients requests.
Shipping
We usually ship our items within 2-3 days and up to 1-2 weeks (depending on the product) unless our customers contact us and request expedited shipping. We ship via USPS for smaller items and Fedex Ground for larger, heavier items. We ship throughout the world.
