TheFunkyShack's Shop Announcement

Starting on February 19th, 2015, The Funky Shack Mercantile will use 10% of sales to help with the upkeep of a domestic violence shelter in our community. Promise Place provides comprehensive domestic violence services to women and children. They rely predominantly on the community for donations and volunteers to continue to provide the much needed services for victims of domestic violence and their children. We will use the money to buy things like paint, furniture, bedding and accessories. We feel so blessed to be part of such an amazing service and that they allow us to add a touch of "Funky Shack" to their shelters. Please visit promiseplace.org for more information.

All handmade goods will ship within 2 weeks from the date of your order. If you need something sooner please let us know and we will make it happen!

Crafting supplies will ship within 3 days but if you choose express shipping they will ship within 24 hours.

Most items in our shop may be customized to your specific needs. Please contact us with any requests you may have.

Welcome

We have always strived to make every customer 100 percent happy. We specialize in custom orders and love creating something special for your event.

Payment

I give my customers 24 hours to cancel any regular order. Custom orders and rush orders may not be cancelled.

Shipping

You may always request an upgrade in shipping if you need your order rushed.
Please order well in advance for international orders. Once the order is received in customs it is the buyers responsibility to pay any additional fees or charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because my pieces are hand crafted, I do have a return and refund policy. If you are not happy with an item you purchased from a listed item you have 48 hours from the time of recieving your order to request a refund in the amount of the purchase for store credit or exchange. I will need the item shipped back at the buyers expense. Custom orders and rush orders may not be returned or refunded.
In the event that an item has been shipped and lost or not received in time due to an error beyond my control you will have to request any losses through that shipping agent. I will always provide tracking numbers and ship with the most dependable carrier for your item. We have always had dependable service and do not expect any errors or delays in shipping your item.
