Welcome to our policies page! I hope your questions can be answered here, but if not, please convo me an I'll try to answer as promptly as I can!
** We hold items!
If there is something you have your eye on, but you have to wait for that paycheck to roll in, we can certainly hold it for you! We hold items for up to one week.
We ask that you pay within 24 hours of purchasing an item.
I ship within 3 days of purchase using priority mail in the U.S.
I do not ship on weekends
International Shipping is done with first class.
Insurance is available upon request.
If you need something fast, PLEASE contact me so I can change the shipping price!
** The Getup is not responsible for lost packages. Please inquire about how your item is being shipped before purchase!
Refunds and Exchanges
ALL REFUNDS are in the form of STORE CREDIT!
If you are not sure something will fit right, PLEASE check the measurements I provide and your own! This is crucial, for I can not except a return if an item does not fit. If you are uncertain, please ask any questions you may have. I do not give discounts if you decide to tailor an article, for this is on your own accord.
Because what I sell is Vintage, they are sold AS IS. It is to be expected that a vintage item will not be completely perfect. I do my best to accurately measure and describe an item, but if I had made an egregious error, a return will be accepted.
Here are the guidelines:
You must contact me to communicate your issue. Item is returned within 7 DAYS of receiving it. The item must be in the same condition of which I sent, if not it will be a loss. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
